Červar Porat Realestate
The sights of Cervar-Port are the ruins of Roman buildings dating back to the 1st century. Walking along the coast, visitors can spot the foundations of Roman amphorae stoves, parts of Roman villa walls, and it is a common occurrence to find pieces of terra cotta (baked clay) that is 2000 years old. In the area of Červar Port, on the Larun Peninsula, amphorae were produced, which are being found all over the former Roman Empire, from England all the way to the Middle East.
In Lunga Bay (Marina), by the coast, approx. 4 km from the center of the town of Poreč is located tourist residential complex Červar port, service and sports facilities, marina with 450 berths are located in the center of the town. The village is surrounded by landscaped olive groves and coniferous trees forests, contains numerous parks, promenades, and green spaces. Special attention in the planning was given to pedestrians and their unhindered moving thrue the place.
The idea of building the first tourist-residential area of the city of Poreč has come from the management of the tourist and catering company Plava Laguna and the Urban Planning Institute of Croatia. Their idea was based on the experience of joint study tours in France, especially the Langue-doc-Roussillon and Côte d'Azur which had a tradition of building tourist-residential settlements with associated facilities and marina for regular customers. For the realization of the Cervar Porat project, a business community called “Euroturist” was formed, in which Plava Laguna with several other leading companies realized the project. Construction of the first apartments and houses in the settlement began in 1974 and was completed in 1981. A structurally well-designed neighborhood that includes multi-residential buildings with apartments of 25 m2 - 57 m2, one-story and multi-story apartments in one-story houses of 46 m2 – 73 m2, row house of 54 m2 - 90 m2.
At that time, newly built apartments and houses in the village of Cervar Porat were the perfect places for the summer vacation of families with small kids. It was a destination for many from the former Yugoslavia, mainly from Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia and to a lesser extent from other nearby countries. It offers the natural, rocky and pebble beach, 1.5 km long, and cycle paths to the city center Porec. The beach is the choice of many locals for swimming, sunbathing, picnicking with family and friends, due to its pristine nature. An intimate and not overcrowded beach, with coastal forest where they can
look for shade in the summer.
We can point out Červar Porat offers to weekenders and visitors ABSOLUTE COMFORT. All amenities, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, shops, bakeries, shops, post offices, exchange offices, travel agencies, hairdresser are available in the location throughout the whole year.
